If you are interrupted or unable to complete your tax return preparation, OnLine Taxes saves your information up to the last page you saved on. You will simply log out and when you return, select the Login to My Income Tax Return link in the homepage and login using the username and password you created.
*Please note, when you log back into your return, it will always take you to the beginning of the online interview.

You can conveniently access all of your customer support correspondence in one place by logging in to your customer service account. From your customer service account you can also search the knowledge base and submit an email question or request a live chat.
