If you have questions or concerns about OLTPRO Software, e-filing, deciphering error codes, or technical issues; please contact our customer support team and a qualified customer service representative will assist you.

You must select OnLine Taxes - Professional or Professional Desktop as your Product when searching the knowledge base or using chat and e-mail allowing us to better serve you.

  • Comprehensive Knowledge Base - Search our knowledge base to answer questions on credits, deductions, etc.


  • Federal Error Code Help - If you do not understand your federal error code or where to go in the online interview to correct your error, view our Federal Error Code Help page.


  • E-mail - If you would like to ask one of our customer service agents a question about your return or our site, just send us an email.
    *Responses are usually received within 24-48 hours.


  • Live Chat - If you have a question or problem with the site or your return that needs immediate assistance, just choose to escalate to a live chat with our customer service agents.
    *Chat hours during tax season (January 10th-April 20th) are Monday thru Sunday, 7am to 11pm CST. During off tax season, chat is open Monday thru Friday, 8am to 5pm CST.


  • IRS Toll Free Contact Numbers - The IRS provides toll free numbers for individuals and businesses with questions relating to their income tax return or refund.


  • We offer phone support during office hours at (816) 232-9095 OR (877)OLT-4-PRO. Office hours are 8am to 4pm Monday thru Friday CST.
    * Please be advised, phone support is limited and is very busy during peak filing season.


    • You can conveniently access all of your customer support correspondence in one place by logging in to your customer service account. From your customer service account you can also search the knowledge base and submit an email question or request a live chat.
    *Login information for your Customer Service Account is different than your login information for OnLine Taxes income tax return. If you have not yet created your customer service account, select Create a New Account.
